Currently, as the Global Talent Intelligence Lead, my role encompasses spearheading a wide array of global projects and engagements covering strategic workforce planning, DE&I initiatives, assessment of macro-level factors, and market forecasts using predictive analytics – all aimed at empowering informed decisions- making and value creation.
