Robindro Ullah is the Managing Partner of Trendence Institut GmbH and an expert in the fields of employer branding, personnel marketing, and recruiting. Before joining Trendence, he served as Managing Director and Publisher of “hr|tomorrow exclusive,” Germany’s first HR trend magazine. Prior to that, Robindro Ullah held positions at Voith GmbH, a technology company based in Heidenheim, where he was the Head of Global Employer Branding, Recruiting, and HR Communication. He also served as Head of Personnel Marketing and Recruiting South at Deutsche Bahn AG. For years, Robindro Ullah has been a sought-after speaker and moderator at various industry conferences. The graduate in business mathematics is also an author (e.g., “Praxishandbuch Recruiting,” “Erfolgsfaktor Sourcing”). Additionally, he is an active podcaster—his podcasts “Zielgruppengerecht,” “HR TEC Talk,” and “WORKolution” are among the most successful in the HR scene.
