With two decades of experience within the recruitment industry, he has been helping companies and talent to navigate in a constant changing world of work. Richard is a passionate team builder and talent developer, recognizing the importance of unleashing the potential in his colleagues. As a Norwegian, Richard has a passion for cross country skiing, hunting and hiking in the mountains. He lives today in Amstelveen with his wife Raquel and their son Sander
