Remco holds a MSc. in Economics and Strategic Human Resource Management and is passionate about delivering solutions that enable businesses and people to be at their best. Remco’s career is characterized by business intimate roles with increasing accountability and a high degree of change and transformation.
Remco is currently end to end responsible for Shell’s resourcing activities in Netherland and Germany. Scaling up to realize record years, ramping down to meet business as usual demand in a cost effective manner. Realizing year on year improvements of operational metrics, marketing cost reduction without compromising on quantity and quality of hires.
