Philipp is a labour economist and founder of the HR tech company case (candidate select GmbH). The company uses large-scale data to enable global comparisons of educational qualifications, helping companies make better hiring decisions and students assess their prospects. In addition to his work at case, Philipp is a Research Fellow at Maastricht University and leads the “Fachkraft 2030” study series, exploring topics in education economics, psychological assessment, and labour market trends.
