Graduated in Criminology and Law and has been an entrepreneur since she was 21. After this interesting mix of backgrounds, Milou ended up in recruitment through a job within the trade unions and HR departments (from employment law). First from the agency side (Brunel) and later from the corporate side (ASML, Stryker, VodafoneZiggo, Custodial Institutions Agency).
At ASML she set up a special department for Sourcing. From strategy, implementation of new systems and tools to hiring and training sourcing talent. It became increasingly clear to her that this was THE future for recruitment. Her extreme passion for recruitment and sourcing and the fact that she is a born entrepreneur was the reason for Milou to establish Cooble. Within Cooble, Milou is responsible for the sourcing team (47 super sourcers strong), she knows better than anyone how to train and guide them in this tight labor market. Cooble has experienced significant growth in recent years and is now the largest player in the Netherlands in the field of sourcing. For example, they help the following companies with sourcing: Transavia, Public Prosecution Service, Rijkswaterstaat, Action, Organization & Personnel, Sogeti, Jumbo, Rabobank & Custodial Institutions Service.
