I am originally from the home of mountains, skiing and Schnitzel or as others might call it: Austria. Currently I am situated in the home of tulips (Amsterdam) and together with my team we are responsible for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at Rituals for all our markets worldwide. As an original (digital) marketeer I have worked in different positions on both agency and company side, in various industries and across multiple countries. Now I try to bring my passion and creativity into the HR sphere. The big goal is always to make talents feel what I felt when I had my first experiences with Rituals – love. And I do it with heart & soul.
