Jess Von Bank is a 22-year industry veteran specializing in HR, talent, and work technology. As both a former practitioner and an expert in bringing workforce solutions to market, Jess looks to broaden the executive mindset to better design and deliver digital-first cultures that exceed the expectations of talent and the needs of the business.
Jess specializes in talent strategy, branding, DEI, storytelling and go-to-market for innovative technologies like AI, and human-centered design thinking. She also runs the Now of Work, Mercer’s global community for the world of HR.
Jess fulfills her purpose outside of work, too – she is also the President of Diverse Daisies, a nonprofit to enrich and empower every girl. She lives in Minneapolis, where she raises her own three daughters.
