Jeroen Klerkx is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at Picnic Technologies, where he has been overseeing the recruitment process for their Hubs & Fulfillment Centers in the Netherlands, France, and Germany since July 2023. His role involves leading a diverse team of marketers, employer branding specialists, content creators, analysts, and recruiters to ensure an optimal candidate experience and support the growth of Picnic. Previously, Jeroen was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies for all Hubs & Fulfillment Centers in the Netherlands at Picnic, focusing on areas such as onboarding, administration, contracts, performance evaluations, and employee experiences. He also established various people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
