With a background in marketing and communication, Van der Lans transitioned to recruitment as an RPO recruiter at Compagnon. Her recruitment career later took her to London, where she became part of the international recruitment team at Hanami International. In 2020, she was named community manager for Werf& and ToTalent.eu, where she is able to combine her love for recruitment with her background in marketing and communication.
