Launching the new employer branding campaign across the globe, while at the same time creating careers.danone.com, which now has 13 local version (and counting).
We made sure that we took the candidate journey at the front and center of every decision we took.
Any career site should breathe the company employer branding and we made sure that we took the candidate journey at the front and center of every decision we took along the way. We wanted it to be a hub, where multiple technologies work together to create the optional candidate experience.

- 200+ Danone ambassadors
- 60+ Danone offices
- Only real employees on the career site, no stock photos.
- 300.000 € saved for counties in agency cost, by creating the EB Studio (Papirfly)
Waarom moet deze case een Werf& Award winnen?
Rarely an global EB campaign at the scale of this and launched at the same time as a global career site, local subsidiaries and a global employer branding studio is created from scratch. And all of this done for an international Fortune 500 company, with such a strong link to the Netherlands.
